I arrived safely in Vancouver and had 4 hours to wait until my couchsurfing hosts arrived home, so I went and saw a movie. I met up with my new hosts Mandi and Sean and their dog Faylen, they were a great couple and quite generous offering me dinner and spending time chatting about my travels. It is meeting people like this that makes couchsurfing such a great travel tool.
My second day in Vancouver was spent riding around Stanley Park which was huge and finshed off the day with a few beers and pub comedy in Gastown.
And on the third day… it was raining so I went and saw another movie and cooked up some dinner to say thanks to my awesome hosts.
Now I am off to Vancouver Island.
