I arrived safely in Revelstoke. My plan was to hitch a ride to Golden where I had bought a bus ticket to get to Revvie, but after 90mins holding my thumb out on the side of the road in Radum, an awesome girl pulled over and mentioned she was going to Revelstoke to meet up with her boyfriend. So as luck had it, I hitched the whole way and didn’t need the bus ticket in the end. I also arrived 5 hours earlier then planned, so I did what I always do and went to the pub The Village Idiot. Had a few pints and a nce meal and headed to my accommodation. Andre’s business partner Claude’s has a son that lives and Revvie and Alex was kind enough to let me crash a few nights. We cooked up some meat on a fire, told a few stories and I hit the sack. Still sad to have left Radium but excited to be continuing my journey.
